Regulatory Compliance

RoadScope is fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes: Right to access your data, Right to data portability, Right to erasure (right to be forgotten), Data processing agreements available upon request, EU data residency options available for Enterprise customers.

Enterprise customers can request data residency in specific geographic regions. Currently available: North America (US/Canada), Europe (EU). Contact sales for specific data residency requirements.

RoadScope operates security, availability, and confidentiality controls aligned with the SOC 2 trust services criteria: role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging of privileged actions, and hosting on Google Cloud infrastructure. RoadScope has not yet been issued an independent SOC 2 attestation report; we do not describe the platform as SOC 2 certified or compliant, and we will publish the report here when an audit is completed.

RoadScope is working toward WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. Our goal is to ensure the platform is accessible to all users, including those using assistive technologies.
